The data controller is the owner shown at the end of this page. For any question about your data, write to the email address given there.
Contact and events forms
When you send a form we keep your name, email, message and the subject or, for events, the number of people, in order to answer your enquiry; the legal basis is your own request. The restaurant receives this data in an email notice. We keep the enquiry and the notice for one year; the restaurant then deletes them.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the restaurant receives your number, your profile name and the messages you send, and uses them to reply; the legal basis is your own request. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes this data under its own privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea). The restaurant keeps the conversation only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we keep your email to send you Miss Chen news and offers; the legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time from the link in every email. After you unsubscribe we keep the email only to stop sending you emails.
Data processors
Qingyun runs this site and its forms on the restaurant's behalf. Data is hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union. Emails are sent through Resend, based in the United States; that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Visit statistics
When each page opens, the website's server records in aggregate the page address, country, device type and referring website, without cookies, without reading data from your device and without storing your IP address, to know how many visits the website receives; the legal basis is the restaurant's legitimate interest. The records are kept for three months at Cloudflare.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction and portability. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
External services
DISH handles information provided when booking, and Flipdish handles information provided when ordering or paying. Consult their terms and policies within each service. Google Maps (the restaurant's map) and the hosting infrastructure receive the requests needed to display their content.
